To inform the public about the misleading ads advertised for close out prices
CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Please dont be misled by the ads this company has been airing on TV about closeout prices for theyre going out of business sale.
I have shopped at Weekends Only for a number of years and fortunately have purchased very little there because the quality is so poor. Dont fall for the most recent ads about their rock-bottom prices and discounts that they claim or supposed close out prices. I know the prices of their products and I can assure you that the prices they are offering right now during this close out phase are higher than theyve ever been when they were open on a regular basis.
If you buy this furniture you will have no recourse for returns as all sales will be final and youll be stuck with nothing but junk for your hard earned money. Youve been warned!!!

Told us we were buying a set and when we picked up they only wanted to give us a couch, thats not what we were sold and trieds to refuse a refund!

We ordered a bed on a Friday after our previous bed frame also ordered through weekends only 2 years earlier broke. They had given us a warranty for free due to them selling that original bed to someone else and having to order another one in.
They told us to come back Saturday when the credit was officially in the system. We picked out another bed and box spring to use our credit and they told us it was set to be delivered by Wednesday. We received confirmation emails up until the day it was supposed to be delivered saying everything was set and that it would be there by 1215 at the latest. I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour to see what happened.
They told us it was on back order! Nobody called us, emailed us, NOTHING. We knew better as the service 2 years earlier had been horrible but we had a "credit". This is unacceptable.
Then they told us on the customer service line they would have a manager call us. When I still hadn't heard from anyone by the end of the day I called back this morning and got the same response. We will have a manager call you when we can. So basically we are headed to the store tomorrow(Friday).
We want our money back. We will go elsewhere.

We purchased a new couch and love seat from the Indianapolis store in March or April of 2022. The purchase has been rocky since the beginning, arms falling off along with the frame being bent on the couch.
At this point we contacted store, and they sent out a new couch. Next, we had an issue with the fabric on the couch, we contacted store, and they started a claim with Safeware, the warranty we purchased, claim # 826****. Safeware sent a guy out to look at it, said it can be fixed and said they will have Weekends Only order the fabric and stuffing, keep in mind this is May.
We are now in December, and I still have a couch that is not repaired and that section of it can't be used. I need this couch repaired or my money back from the set, you can pick it up and I will buy from a company that will honor their warranty.
I will be waiting for a reply.

Received full refund but took so long, now cannot get any furniture to replace Weekends Only defective pcs because of covid shutdowns
Queen bed missing major pcs and could not be assembled. Sofa piece of the sectional had a factory defect on top of one of the back cushions. Called cs before delivery drivers even left to be on hold for over 1 1/2 hrs only to be told nothing could be done to get bed pcs. Would be informed when a new sectional piece came in.
It took 7 phone calls with 13+ total hours of being before they finally agreed to pick up the queen bed. Then took a full month after Bed picked up before finally being sent a corporate check refund.
Repeatedly lied to that check had been cut and sent out. Kept blaming the post office.
I kept the sectional covered to keep it clean waiting for the replacement sofa. Never received and Weekends only then discontinued carrying the Jesse.
In the meantime, the fabric on the Jesse sectional was ripping apart along seams all over each cushion, both back and seat and along the frame. This had been in my home less than 5 months and covered with slipcovers.
Contacted the protection plan and was told that at less than one year had to contact store for manufacture warranty.
4+ hours on hold trying to get cs to answer, directed to warranty dept. Again multiple hours on phone on hold. Told to send photos via email. You can only send 3-4 photos at a time, needed to send 15.
Scheduled for tech to come to home 3 weeks later. Day before appt, called tech service to get time window for tech to arrive. Appt was canceled be Weekends only, stating issues resolved. Another 2+ hours on phone to get tech appt rescheduled.
Took tech less than 5 minutes to declare manufacture defect could not be repaired.
Next 2 weeks arguing with cs, again after multiple hours of waiting on the phone, trying to get refund. Told I had to pick a different furniture group since more than 7 days passed since delivery. Reminded them problems reported same day as delivery. They admitted they had records of the problem on the delivery day but still refussed a refund. Was also going to be charged for pickup of damaged sectional and another delivery fee for any other furniture delivered.
Went to Castleton, IN store where I was introduced to Nate Schuman. Within 20 minutes of being in store, he approved full refund, and no charge pickup.
Janet Duboise handled all the paperwork. Furniture was picked up within a week and full refund corporate check received one week later.
Bypass cs on the phone and go to the Castleton store if you live in the Indpls area, it will save you 50+ frustrating, useless hours on hold for a customer service department that does not give a %#$&;;;;;;;;;;;;; about you.

I am dealing with the same thing. $149 delivery charge that they won't refund.
Their drivers did not even take it out of the truck. Just looked at my door and said they could not get it in
